Refund Policy

We prioritize our customers and are dedicated to delivering the highest quality services. It is important for our clients to understand that, as per SEBI guidelines, we cannot provide a return assurance or guarantee on our research calls/recommendations.

Refunds, if applicable, will only be made on a pro-rata basis of the subscription fee, irrespective of the client’s outcomes. Once a service is subscribed to and payment is completed, it can be cancelled or refunded only under pro-rata basis.

If a client is dissatisfied for any unforeseen reason, they may reach out to us for guidance and support. We will make every effort to enhance satisfaction in such cases. However, any request for cancellation or refund will strictly be:

• Processed on a pro-rata basis only.
• Completed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval.

Before making any payment, clients are strongly encouraged to:

• Review all details of our services and the support we provide.
• Familiarize themselves with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
• Understand that refunds are only possible on a pro-rata basis, as per SEBI notifications/circulars/laws.
• Acknowledge that there is no avenue for claiming trading/investment losses based on the recommendations in the research report.
• Approved refunds will be credited with in 7 to 10 days in original payment mode.
