Domain Ownership and Registration
patilresearch.in is the domain owned by Abhijit Patil. He offers independent research services to investors under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations 2014, Registration No. INH000021304.
Important Notice
The SEBI registration, Enlistment with RAASB, and NISM certification do not guarantee the performance of the RA or assure any returns to the client.

Scope of Services & Important Disclaimers
- The Research Analyst (RA) will publish research reports based on research activities and provide an independent, unbiased view on securities.
- The RA offers unbiased recommendations, disclosing financial interests in recommended securities.
- Research recommendations are based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.

No Guaranteed Returns
Strict Policy
Any assured/guaranteed/fixed returns schemes or any other schemes of similar nature are prohibited by law. No scheme of this nature shall be offered to the client by the RA.
- Investors are not being offered any guaranteed or assured returns
- Neither the principal nor appreciation on investments are guaranteed
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- The RA cannot guarantee returns, profits, accuracy, or risk-free investments
- All projections are based on analysis of available data under certain assumptions
Report SEBI violations: Inform SEBI about Research Analyst offering assured or guaranteed returns.

Before acting on any recommendation, investors should consider whether it is suitable for their particular circumstances and, if necessary, seek an independent professional advice.

Client Onboarding and Disclosures
The RA will ensure the following:
- Share terms and conditions of research services and complete KYC of fee-paying clients
- Disclose information material for informed decision-making
- Disclose the extent of use of Artificial Intelligence tools in providing research services
- Disclose any material conflict of interest when distributing third-party research reports
- Distribute research reports and recommendations to clients without discrimination
- Maintain confidentiality with respect to research reports until made public
- Respect data privacy rights and protect confidential information
- Disclose timelines for services and ensure adherence
- Treat all clients with honesty and integrity

Fees and Payments
SEBI Fee Regulations
The current fee limit is ₹1,51,000/- per annum per family of client for all research services (applicable only for Individual and HUF Clients).
- Fee charged will be subject to maximum amount prescribed by SEBI/RAASB
- Fee limit does not include statutory charges
- Fee limits do not apply to non-individual clients/accredited investors
- RA may charge fees in advance if agreed by client (maximum one quarter)
- In case of pre-mature termination, client entitled to proportionate refund for unexpired period
- Payments accepted through cheque, online bank transfer, UPI, etc. Cash payment is not allowed
- Optional payments through Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCOM) managed by BSE Limited
Payment Security
Always pay your Research Analyst through banking channels only and maintain duly signed receipts mentioning the details of your payments.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Step 1: Direct Contact
Approach Research Analyst for grievances - resolved within 21 days of receipt.
Step 2: SMARTODR Platform
File complaints on SMARTODR platform for online conciliation or arbitration.

Conflict of Interest
Abhijit Patil may hold shares in the company/ies discussed in research reports.
- The RA is required to abide by applicable SEBI and RAASB regulations regarding disclosure and mitigation of conflicts of interest
- The RA will promptly inform clients of any conflict of interest that may affect services being rendered

Account Usage Policy
Strict Account Policy
This is a single user account. Sharing of content or login details is strictly prohibited, failing to which account will be suspended.
Security Warning
The RA shall never ask for client's login credentials and OTPs for Trading Account, Demat Account and Bank Account. Never share such information with anyone including RA.

Communication Authorization
I authorize patilresearch.in to send informative updates (notifications) on my registered mobile number and email address.
Clients are required to keep contact details, including email id and mobile number/s updated with the RA at all times.

Responsibilities of Investors (As per SEBI Investor Charter)
Verification Responsibilities
- Always deal with SEBI registered Research Analyst
- Ensure that the Research Analyst has a valid registration certificate
- Check for SEBI registration number on SEBI website
- Pay attention to disclosures made in research reports before investing
Investment Responsibilities
- Check for research recommendations before buying/selling securities
- Ask all relevant questions and clear doubts with your Research Analyst
- Seek clarifications on recommendations, especially for complex and high-risk products
- Be aware of your right to stop availing services as per agreed terms
- Be aware of your right to provide feedback on services received
Safety Responsibilities
What NOT to Do
- Do not provide funds for investment to the Research Analyst
- Don't fall prey to luring advertisements or market rumors
- Do not get attracted to limited period discounts or incentives offered by Research Analyst
- Do not be bound by any clause that contravenes regulatory provisions
